Applications.

  • ELISA: to detect Human Interferon α 2a by indirect ELISA a dilution of 1/500-1/1,000 of this antibody is required. This antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents (anti rabbit AP conjugated), allows the detection of 0.2-1 ng/well of human Interferon α 2a.
  • Western Blot: to detect human Interferon α 2a by WB analysis this antibody can be used in a dilution of 1/1,000-1/1,500
